All professional entries include admission to the session(s) in which the heat is scheduled.
When a professional couple is competing in two events one the same night, the entry fee for the second event will be reduced 50%.
One professional entry fee will be waived if either of the competing pros has 50 or more pro-am entries.
Entry deadline is 12/15/2008. A $25 late fee will apply to entries postmarked after this date. Late fee is per couple, regardless of number of entries.
